President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Holiday has over 20 years of executive financial and operating experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors.  Most recently, he served as an Officer and Vice President of KT (formerly Korea Telecom). As KT’s first appointed foreign executive officer, Kent led their global strategy and strategic partnerships.  As Senior Vice President of Ericsson, Kent was responsible for the company’s Data Backbone and Optical Division.  He has held senior positions at Cisco Systems, Inc., 3Com Corporation and US Robotics.  Kent spent over 10 years of his career living in Korea and speaks fluent Korean.  He received a B.S. in Finance from Brigham Young University.

 

 

 



Sam Merrill CTOSam Merrill

Vice President, Business Development

Mr. Merrill has spent most of his 20 year career leading strategic initiatives for the LANDesk Systems Management Division of Intel.  Most recently, he led the Division’s Asia Pacific expansion and pioneered the distribution and market placement of the LANDesk Software in Taiwan as country manager.  Before joining Intel, Sam held software engineer and server support engineer positions at Novell.  He is fluent in Korean and holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Brigham Young University and a Masters of Business Administration.


 

 

 

 

 


Aaron Jensen V.P. EngineeringAaron Jensen

Vice President, Operations/Engineering

Mr. Jensen came to Eleutian Technology from Microsoft, where he served as an engineer for the architecture and implementation of Microsoft Project Server.  While at Microsoft, he earned several software patents.  Earlier in his career, he led a software engineering team at PhotoLynx, where he created a landmark software solution used by thousands of schools throughout the country.   Aaron earned a B.S. Degree in Computer Science at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.




 

 

 

 

David Thomas Vice President SalesDavid Thomas

Vice President, Worldwide Sales

Prior to joining Eleutian Technology, Mr. Thomas led sales engagement teams with FranklinCovey for dozens of fortune 500 companies on strategic execution, sales effectiveness, and leadership, as well as with BI Worldwide where he directed global sales force effectiveness initiatives with General Electric. Early in his career, David spearheaded a Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs initiative to create commercial and educational exchange relationships between states and provinces in the US, Korea, and China.  David earned a B.A. in Japanese and International Relations from Brigham Young University.


 

 

 

 


Director of Teacher Operations Misty RiosMisty Rios

Director of Teacher Operations

Prior to joining Eleutian Technology, Ms. Rios worked as a Government Auditor for DCAA, Procurement Analyst for Microsoft and Marketing Coordinator for ACT. Upon joining Eleutian Technology, Misty was instrumental in establishing the Sheridan Teaching Center, one of the company’s largest teacher operations centers. Misty earned a B.A. in Accounting from Chadron State College and an MA in Marketing from Phoenix University.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


Craig Holiday Chief Financial OfficerCraig Holiday

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Holiday began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he audited mergers and acquisitions for large telecom companies. He has served as Financial Controller, Director of Accounting and Chief Financial Officer in organizations ranging from international start-ups to mid-size growth companies in the technology and telecom sectors. His work experience includes operational, financial and reporting integration of mergers and acquisitions, and IPO preparation work. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Craig has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting.


 

 

 

 

 

Mike Moore PictureMike Moore

Vice President, Account Management

Mike began his professional career in operations for US Robotics/3COM where he managed the company’s relationships with its Asian distributors, primarily those in South Korea.   Following that, he served as a Regional Sales Manager for Iomega and then as Vice President of Glacier Bay Training.  Mr. Moore has been instrumental in the development of Eleutian’s one-of-a-kind teacher network. Mike earned a B.S. Degree in Business/Marketing from Utah State University.
